Shipping policy

We at Kallisti Hair have our shipping period start after the processing period. Custom wigs usually take 7 to 14 business days. ready to ship wigs are processed and shipped same day for orders made before 5pm if after 5pm shipped the following business day. For wig revamp it usually takes 5 to 7 business days and lace replacement 8 to 10 business days. If you are providing the hair please allow 7 to 10 business days after your order is received. Refunds honored only on wrong items you received.
